- Assist our tech team in numerous projects to bring our platform's backend to the highest standards;
- Work in an agile environment where your ideas will be valued;

As a Junior Software Developer, you will learn:
- How to work in close contact with your platform/project's users;
- How to optimize a product based on A/B tests and user data;
- How to work in a data-driven environment;
- How to work in an agile environment with fast test and learn cycles;
- How to scale a cloud-based app built on AWS;
- How to build and integrate the technology behind today's most advanced insurance companies.
- 1+ years of experience in small/medium-scale web app development;
- Strong team spirit, curiosity, and a desire to learn and improve;
- Basic knowledge of Javascript, HTML, CSS, REST API, SQL, Git, and Java;
- The ability to work with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty, ambiguity, and the challenge of quickly evolving goals;
- Ability to work in both an English and a French environment;
- The desire to work in a small team and a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience or knowledge in any of the following: Angular, Nest.js or Node.js Framework, Cypress, Storybook, Domain Driven Design, RxJs;
- Interest in DevOps;
- Experience with analytics and tracking tools;
- Interest in UX and product psychology.
