• Support our IT team in various projects to optimize the back-end of our platform according to the highest industry standards;
• Work in an agile, constantly changing environment;
• Support business growth by building innovative tools for our sales team and customers.

As a Senior Developer, you will learn:

• Work closely with the users of your project/products;
• Optimize a product with A/B testing and user data;
• Evolve in a data-driven environment;
• Work in an agile mode with rapid test/learn cycles;
• Manage the growth of a cloud-based application with AWS;
• Integrate the technology that powers global insurance leaders.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the development of small or medium web applications;
• A good team spirit;
• The desire to learn and improve;
• Basic knowledge of Typescript, HTML, CSS, REST API, Test Driven Design, SQL, Git, Scrum;
• The ability to work in a bilingual environment (French and English);
• The ability to work in a startup environment where everything moves very quickly.

Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge or experience of the following methods, tools and languages: Angular, Java, Nest.js, Node.js framework, Cypress, Storybook, Domain Driven Design, RxJs;
• Interest in DevOps;
• Experience with data interpretation and tracking tools;
• Interest in UX and the psychology of products and applications.
