Helena

Helena, the Latin version of Helen is a name fit for a goddess (or baby). In Greek mythology, Helen was the daughter of Zeus by Leda and the most beautiful woman in the world. By abducting “the face that launched a thousand ships, “Paris began the Trojan War. The name was also a favorite of the William Shakespeare who used it two of his most well-known works, A Midsummer Night’s Dream and All’s Well That Ends Well. If you find the classic Helen a bit “blah,” then the more delicate and feminine Helena may be the way to go.
