Nathan

Nathan, like the similar sounding Ethan, is a name that parents continuously gravitate towards–and it’s not hard to see why. It’s easy on the tongue, and comes with some really cool historical background. The biblical Nathan was a prophet during the reigns of David and Solomon. Nathan Hale was a courageous American patriot and spy of the Revolutionary War, and one of America’s earliest heroes. The name’s more formal counterpart Nathaniel, and shorter, breezier Nate are both popular as well.
